Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:
    • BE/B.Sc. (Computer Engineering/Computer Systems Engineering/Software Engineering) with a minimum of 16 years of education registered with PEC.
    • OR M.C.S/M.Sc. (Computer Science), BCS/BSIT, or equivalent with 16 years of education recognized by NCEAC/HEC.
    • Candidates with an 18-year postgraduate master’s degree in relevant fields or an MBA (IT) will be preferred.

Experience

  • Professional Experience:
    • Minimum of 17 years post-qualification experience (after completion of 16 years of education) in BPS-17 or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years in an independent managerial position in IT/Computer Systems/MIS.
    • Proven experience in:
      • Digital Transformation
      • Project Management
      • Data Migrations
      • IT & Automation Strategy Development
      • Database Management (Oracle/SQL Server/Open Source DBs)
      • IT Policy Implementation
      • Data Integration with Organizational Software
      • E-governance and Office Automation Systems
  • Additional Skills/Certifications:
    • Preferred candidates will have certifications or training in Time Management, Leadership, Change Management, Stress Management, Coaching, or any IT-related field.
